Synopsis

A kind-hearted overweight woman, GEUM RAN, has been living with her evil in-laws putting up with their obnoxious behavior while her husband KANG JOON was abroad for work. But she suddenly not only discovers Kang Joon, who was supposed to be in the U.S., has already returned home without telling her but has been secretly having an affair. Devastated by Kang Joon’s request for a divorce and the in-laws welcoming Kang Joon’s new love, CHAE YEON, with arms wide open, Geum Ran threatens to reveal it all out to the public running out in tears and ends up in a deadly car accident. With everyone believing she had been dead, her funeral gets held with her secretly watching. There, she notices Kang Joon and the in-laws not shedding even a drop of tear.
To get revenge against those who've wronged and betrayed her, Geum Ran begs TAE HEE, whom she mistakens to be a plastic surgeon from an extreme-makeover TV show, to transform her into a goddess. With his own ulterior motives on rescuing his long time secret crush, Chae Yeon, he agrees and helps her become a brand new person. With Tae Hee now as her life coach and still having feelings for Kang Joon, Sara, the new Geum Ran, plans on a scheme to ruin Kang Joon and Chae Yeon’s upcoming wedding to get Kang Joon back. However, the two discover the conspiracy behind the car accident along the journey and begins to map out a new plan to sabotage all and put Kang Joon back to where he belongs. Would Sara be able to lead herself to a happy ending as well as true love after all?
