Synopsis

Ja-Kyung has endured a lonely and challenging life, especially after her adoptive father remarried a cruel woman followed by her adoptive mother’s passing. Unbeknownst to her, Ja-kyung was adopted at birth by her biological mother Young-Sun’s friend. Young-Sun had suffered memory loss following the tragic death of her own parents. Forced to leave the love of her life due to his mother’s disapproval, Young-Sun unknowingly gave up her newborn daughter while in an amnesiac state.

Now, twenty-eight years later, Ja-Kyung is a renowned makeup artist, still grappling with her deep sense of loneliness. As Young-Sun’s memory slowly returns, she embarks on a desperate quest to find the daughter she lost all those years ago. Consumed by guilt, Young-Sun concocts a plan to bring Ja-Kyung back into her life by arranging her marriage to her stepson, hoping to bridge the gap and make up for the lost years. However, as the long-lost mother and daughter are reunited, Ja-Kyung begins to face complex family secrets and the deep emotional weight, all while struggling to reconcile her turbulent past with an uncertain future.
