Synopsis

Once upon a time, high up in the mountains, there lived a bright and resilient girl named Yang-Soon, who dreamt of one day rescuing her own Prince Charming with her unwavering courage and relentless spirit. Raised by her loving grandmother, Yang-soon’s simple, happy life revolved around tending to the countryside.

Then one fateful day, not quite in the way she expected, her Prince Charming, Gi-Tae, a cold, wealthy CEO with a sharp tongue, crash lands into her bathtub. Their initial encounter is far from romantic, filled with bickering and misunderstandings as Gi-tae’s cold demeanor clashes with Yang-soon’s bubbly nature. With loan sharks and people to whom her troublesome parents owe money verging in, Yang-Soon leaves her peaceful life and grandmother behind venturing to the city in search of a way to support her family accepting a job as a housemaid. Whether by fate or perhaps by the universe’s cruel sense of humor, she gets assigned to Gi-Tae’s house and the two continue to clash upon their reunion. However, as time passes, Yang-Soon’s kindness and spirited nature begin to soften Gi-Tae’s icy heart.

Meanwhile, Gi-Tae faces his own personal struggles, losing everything. Now, the roles have shifted, and it’s Yang-Soon’s turn to become the knight in shining armor. Will she be able to rescue her Prince Charming as she always dreamt of?
