Synopsis

Seo Poong, a gifted chef once celebrated in the culinary world, sees his life crumble when he’s falsely accused of embezzlement at the prestigious hotel restaurant where he worked. Adding insult to injury, his wife betrays him by having an affair with the hotel’s owner. Disillusioned and enraged, Seo Poong quits and hatches a plan for revenge: he takes over a failing Chinese restaurant located directly across the street from the very hotel that ruined him.

Determined to turn the small eatery into a culinary force, Seo Poong assembles a ragtag team, including Dan Sae-Woo, a spirited heiress who loses her fortune overnight and finds solace in working at the restaurant, and Doo Chil-Seong, a reformed gangster and reluctant owner of the establishment, who becomes an unlikely ally.

As the trio navigates a whirlwind of kitchen mishaps, mouthwatering culinary creations, and personal struggles, they also face fierce competition from the rival hotel restaurant. Along the way, fiery emotions ignite into a love triangle that’s just as complicated as their lives. With passion, humor, and a hearty dose of resilience, they prove that even the smallest of kitchens can rise to be extraordinary.. and perhaps heal their broken hearts in the process.
